What a mighty affirmation of the truth! This song is one that should be sung everyday of the year, not just at the Season we set aside called "Easter." The final Passover Lamb was slain two thousand years ago, but the Lamb did not stay dead! After Jesus fulfilled the Passover, He fulfilled the Feast of First Fruits by becoming the first to rise from the dead.
He is alive in my heart because I asked Him to come in and take up residence on the Throne of my life as my King and my God.
What is more important than that truth, is that, today, He is seated at the right hand of the Father in Heaven and one day He will stand up, get on His horse,and ride back to the Planet to take over the duties of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.
